ongbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully

The following principles summarise the most important aspects of your relationship with ongbd. The full legal terms are detailed in the sections below. All players are required to read the complete document before using the platform.

1. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or access any feature of the ongbd platform. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from using this service.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity. Accounts registered in the name of a business are not permitted.
3. You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. False information provided at registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4. You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been permanently excluded from ongbd or any affiliated service. If you have self-excluded and attempt to re-register, your new account will be closed without notice.

To access the full range of services on ongbd, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials at all times and for all activity that occurs under your account.

1. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.
2. You must keep your login credentials — including your mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account access with any other person. ongbd will not be responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. ongbd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide such documentation as ongbd may reasonably request in order to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership.
5. Account registration is subject to ongbd's eligibility criteria. ongbd reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms at any point after registration.

All financial transactions on ongbd — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ongbd does not charge currency conversion fees on transactions processed through supported payment methods. Processing times and minimum amounts are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.

1. You may only deposit and withdraw funds using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not accepted. Deposits made from a third-party account may be refunded and the associated account may be suspended.
2. ongbd reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
3. Funds held in your ongbd account do not accrue interest. ongbd is not a banking institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit in the financial sense.
4. In the event that ongbd receives a chargeback or reversal from a payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your account, ongbd reserves the right to recover the equivalent amount from your account balance and to suspend your account pending investigation.

ongbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the terms set out in this section and any specific bonus terms communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

1. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
2. Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only funds that have met the applicable wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
3. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and cannot be shared, sold, or assigned to any other person.

The use of any software, system, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

1. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by ongbd or its staff. The RTP (return to player) rates for individual games are determined by the game provider and may be published within the game interface or on request.
2. In the event of a technical failure or error during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or display malfunction — ongbd reserves the right to void the relevant game round and return any stakes placed in that round to the player's account.
3. Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change before an event begins. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed in your account, the odds at which the bet was placed are locked. ongbd is not responsible for changes in odds that occur between the time a bet is placed and the time it is processed.
4. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable system error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display will be considered void. ongbd reserves the right to cancel and void any bet placed at incorrect odds and to correct any winnings paid as a result of such an error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ongbd platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings or balances associated with the prohibited activity may be forfeited.

1. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or conduct any other activity that would normally require manual human input.
2. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or conduct match-fixing or any form of sports betting fraud.
3. Attempting to launder money or use the ongbd platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law. ongbd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
4. Registering or attempting to use the platform if you are under the age of 21, if you have been self-excluded, or if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
5. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, identity verification, or any communication with ongbd support.

ongbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ongbd determines that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if ongbd is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

1. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ongbd will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted.
2. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money balance and bonus funds — may be forfeited at ongbd's discretion. If ongbd determines that a balance is legitimately owed to the player following closure, it will arrange repayment via the player's registered payment method.
3. You may choose to close your own ongbd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ongbd's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. ongbd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ongbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1. ongbd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. ongbd will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, downtime, or errors.
